Who we are
Coronel Studio provides video advertising and website design services to businesses in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Enquiry details — your name, business name, email address, phone number and anything you tell us in a quote request or contact form.
- Order details — billing information when you purchase a package. Card payments are processed by Shopify Payments; we never see or store your full card number.
- Website usage — cookies and analytics data about how you use this site.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to deliver and support the services you have bought, to take payment, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Where we send marketing emails, we do so only with your consent or where we have a legitimate interest, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only the providers we need to run the business — Shopify (store and payments), our email provider, and our accountant. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data for up to two years from your last contact with us. Order and invoice records for seven years, as required by HMRC.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask for a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
