The Ads Test guarantee

If the ads we produce under the Ads Test package do not beat your existing cost per booked enquiry within 30 days of going live, we refund the £295 in full and you keep the ads.

To claim, email us within 45 days of delivery with your campaign figures for the 30-day period — spend, enquiries and cost per enquiry — along with the equivalent figures from before you ran our creative. We will process the refund within five working days of agreeing the claim.

The guarantee assumes the ads were actually run: given a reasonable budget for your market, left live for at least 30 days, and not materially edited by anyone else. If they were never launched, we cannot assess the result, but talk to us — we would rather sort it out than argue.

Monthly services

Ads Engine is billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. We do not refund part-months already in progress, as the creative and management work for that month has been done.

Project work

Full Build projects are quoted and scoped individually. Deposits are non-refundable once design work has started, because that work cannot be un-done. Cancellation terms are set out in your individual project agreement.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
