Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern the services provided by Coronel Studio to you. By purchasing a package or engaging us, you agree to them. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. What we provide

Advertising creative, campaign management and website design, as set out in the package you purchase or the written scope we agree with you. Anything not listed in that scope is not included.

3. Timescales

Delivery timescales quoted (such as 72 hours for the Ads Test package) run from the point we have everything we need from you — business details, brand assets, and any access required. Delays in providing these move the delivery date accordingly.

4. What we need from you

Accurate information about your business, prompt responses to questions, and any account access required to run campaigns. You confirm that any material you supply to us is yours to use and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Payment

One-off packages are paid in full at the point of order. Monthly services are billed monthly in advance. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms and is not included in our fees — we never mark it up.

6. Cancellation

Monthly services run on a rolling basis and may be cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice. There is no minimum term.

7. Results

Our work is designed to generate enquiries for your business. We do not and cannot guarantee a specific number of leads, sales or revenue, because results depend on factors outside our control including your offer, your pricing, your market, your competition and how you follow up enquiries. Any figures we discuss are illustrative, not promises.

8. Ownership

Once paid in full, the advertising creative and website we produce for you are yours to use. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

9. Advertising platform rules

Campaigns are subject to the policies of Meta, TikTok, Google and any other platform used. We are not liable for account restrictions, ad rejections or suspensions imposed by those platforms.

10. Liability

Our total liability in connection with the services is limited to the fees you have paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
